Your Privacy Rights Effective Date: 05/27/2026
This section describes the rights you may have regarding the information Hard Call collects about you. Rights and how they are exercised vary by state. This section is part of, and is governed by, the Hard Call Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
Rights generally available. Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have the right to (a) confirm whether Hard Call processes information about you; (b) access a copy of that information; (c) correct inaccurate information; (d) request deletion of information about you, subject to the exceptions in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy; (e) opt out of certain processing, including processing for targeted advertising or "sales" (Hard Call does not sell personal information); (f) appeal a denial of any of these requests; and (g) be free from retaliation for exercising your rights.
How to submit a request. Submit requests to info@hardcall.com with enough information for us to identify you and the rights you are exercising. We may require reasonable verification steps before processing requests, particularly for requests touching billing, sensitive data, or account closure.
Authorized agents. You may authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of authorization and may separately verify your identity.
Response timing. Hard Call will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. If we need more time, we will tell you.
Limitations. We may decline or partially fulfill requests where (a) we cannot verify your identity; (b) the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive; (c) honoring the request would interfere with the rights of others or our legal obligations; or (d) an exception in the Data Retention and Deletion Policy applies.
Visitors and Recipients. Visitors and Recipients have the same rights described above with respect to information Hard Call processes about them.
Changes. We will update the date at the top of this section and, for material changes, provide notice as described in the Terms of Service.
