DISCREET EXCHANGE
Professionally managed, multi step communication for situations that need more structure.
Up to five total messages, reviewed by trained Editors to keep tone calm, clear, and respectful.
Identity protection remains available throughout the exchange.
Discreet Exchange is a structured way to communicate when direct contact feels risky or overwhelming.
Instead of sending a single message or entering an open-ended conversation, communication happens within a clearly defined exchange. Each message is reviewed for tone, clarity, and safety before anything is delivered.
Messages are sent through Hard Call’s controlled system and reviewed by trained Editors who remain neutral and focused on ethical delivery. You choose whether to remain anonymous, and nothing is ever sent without your approval.
Discreet Exchange allows up to five total messages, giving space for clarification or response while maintaining clear boundaries and preventing the conversation from escalating.
Once you understand Discreet Exchange, you can choose to continue in two ways, depending on how much support and interaction you need.

Discreet Exchange
Discreet Exchange provides a controlled written conversation with clear limits. You can remain anonymous if you choose, and communication stays within a defined structure so it does not spiral or escalate.
An Editor reviews every message before it is sent, focusing on clarity, tone, and ethical delivery. You approve all final wording. Recipient replies are also reviewed to ensure safety before they are shared with you.
This option is ideal when you want to express something important, set boundaries, or seek resolution without engaging in live contact.
Please note:
The full amount is authorized at submission.
If the Recipient engages, the full amount of $89.95 is charged.
If the Recipient does not engage, only $19.95 is charged and the remaining authorization is released.
Discreet Exchange with Verbal Advocacy builds on the written exchange by adding a live, Editor led conversation. This is used when written communication has created enough progress, or when real time clarification is required from the outset.
Before any call takes place, you and your Editor prepare and approve what will be said and what questions may be asked. The Editor speaks on your behalf, stays neutral, and keeps the conversation calm and focused.
This option is consent based and requires identity disclosure. If the Recipient declines or disengages, the process stops. The Editor will end the call immediately if it becomes unsafe or abusive.
