Chen is a first-generation Chinese immigrant and proud dad of two beautiful young daughters, he brings sharp focus and steady leadership to his role as VP of Finance. He’s thoughtful, detail-driven, and always looking out for the long game. at work and at home.

Vanessa is our go-to when things get emotionally messy. Originally from Brazil, she brings heart, humor, and deep experience in Behavioral Health to everything she does. As our Behavioral Analyst, and mum to a high schooler, she knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and keep things human, always.
