When you choose to have us purchase the item for you, the overall cost will be higher than if you purchase it yourself, primarily due to third-party charges necessary to complete the process securely and discreetly. These include a 3% Stripe payment processing fee on your total order value, shipping from our secure location to your final address, and any applicable taxes or supplier delivery fees.

Hard Call does not profit from these additional expenses, they exist solely to maintain your privacy and provide a fully anonymous, stress-free experience. The only fee we retain is the flat service charge, which covers our time, handling, repackaging and storage.
